Implementation of Standard: NOM035.

The official Mexican Standard: "NOM-035-STPS-2018 Psychosocial Risk Factors at Work", aims to reduce psychosocial issues within companies and promote a positive organizational environment by establishing and monitoring early warning indicators that can be used to identify, analyze and prevent risk factors in the workplace.

This regulation came into force on October 23, 2019 and it’s mandatory for all workplaces in the Mexican Republic.

Nomitek will help you with the implementation and supervision of NOM035, which can range from training your staff on the objective of the standard, the application of questionnaires, to the creation of the report and preparation of the Psychosocial Risk Factors Policy which is required to meet the state’s mandatory standard.
